IST is governed by a volunteer leadership team who serve as the Board of Directors of the organization and provide operational leadership for mission response.

A member of IST since 2007, Paul brings expertise in the Incident Command System to unit operations. He has had a long career with Bellevue Fire Department, and he serves as an instructor for a variety of Search and Rescue topics. |
