IST is governed by a volunteer leadership team who serve as the Board of Directors of the organization and provide operational leadership for mission response.

A member of IST since 2013, Gabe is also a field responder with King County Explorer Search and Rescue and the 4X4 Search and Rescue unit. Gabe is an Emergency Medical Technician and works as a Disaster and Business Continuity Planner for a local major corporation. |

Jennifer has been a member of IST since 2017. In her first 3 years, she’s driven 3500 miles and spent over 400 hours in mission response and training. She also volunteers with CERT, Redmond ARES, Washington State Animal Response Team and MEOW Cat Rescue. |

A member of IST since 2007, Paul brings expertise in the Incident Command System to unit operations. Professionally he works as a Lieutenant and Medical Services Officer with the Bellevue Fire Department, and he serves as an instructor for a variety of Search and Rescue topics. |
